Senator Cathleen Galgiani and California Consulting CEO Steve Samuelian met this morning for breakfast in Downtown L.A.   Senator Galgiani is a strong advocate for funding for her District and has been a leader on key transportation issues. The one on one meeting was a very productive public policy discussion.
