CC LLC congratulates the City of Baldwin Park (a CC LLC client) for being awarded HRP Housing Related Program in the amount of $81,324 from the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
As a result of the Metro Village affordable housing development, the City of Baldwin Park qualified for HRP Program Funds. The City will use the funds to renovate Walnut Creek Nature Park.
This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City of Baldwin Park’s leadership to promote the quality of life for its residents.
It’s also a reflection of the dedication and hard work by CCLLC Project Manager, David Marquez, to ensure a successful grant application.
