California Consulting recently presented a “Grants 101” feature at a workshop hosted in South Orange County by Senator Pat Bates. California Consulting So. Cal. Director, Haig Kartounian, presented at the workshop and was joined by California Consulting Senior Associate, Maryann Marino. Chris Palmer, of the California Special Districts Association (CSDA), was also in attendance at the workshop.
