Victoria Porter is a seasoned public-sector professional with more than 25 years of experience working with cities, local government agencies, and public safety departments. A retired Juvenile Correctional Officer and Paralegal from Kings County, Victoria brings a unique combination of public safety, legal, and government experience to her work in grant writing, grant management, and project development.
Throughout her career, Victoria has worked closely with public agencies to develop and manage projects, navigate funding opportunities, and support initiatives designed to meet community and public safety needs. Her extensive experience working within local government gives her a valuable understanding of the challenges agencies face and the importance of developing strong, competitive grant applications.
Victoria is continuing to expand her professional expertise and is currently completing her Master of Legal Studies in Human Resources at Trinity Law School, with plans to complete the program at the end of 2026.
Outside of her professional work, Victoria is a proud grandmother to a 10-year-old granddaughter and a 4-year-old grandson. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
