Her career took a pivotal turn when her impactful work with the San Joaquin County Health Care Services Agency led to her appointment as Chief Aide and Senior Advisor to Stockton Mayor Kevin J. Lincoln II in January 2021. In this role, Nadeja spearheaded initiatives to address homelessness and chaired several task forces aimed at galvanizing the community towards collective improvement.

In addition to her role at California Consulting, Nadeja serves as Chair of the San Joaquin County Equal Employment Opportunity Committee and is an active participant in numerous community committees, councils, and work groups.
