Lilian brings 20 years of experience in the human services arena. Her experience includes program incubation, program development, community engagement, contract management, grant searching, grant writing, and quality control. Lilian has worked with diverse populations including, asylees, refugees, asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors, individuals with a history of homelessness and substance abuse, human trafficking and domestic violence victims and survivors, and other vulnerable populations. Lilian has obtained over $10 million in grants to assist new Americans and low-income individuals. These funds were for operating costs, direct services, basic needs, case management, employment, and to promote a multi-disciplinary response to the needs of newcomers in Southern California. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
