Jaclyn Harte is a project manager with California Consulting and writes compelling, story-driven proposals that utilize inclusive data and research to celebrate organizations, communities, and special projects. In the last 7 years, she has worked on a portfolio of over $20 million in grant work that includes: preparing proposals, submitting renewal applications, program development, and overseeing implementation and operations. Jaclyn has a doctoral degree in English from Drew University. Her areas of focus have included: trauma-informed care, domestic violence, housing development, and HIV/AIDS.
