Griselda Ramirez, Strategic Partnership Consultant

Griselda Ramirez is a Strategic Partnership Consultant with California Consulting and an External Affairs and Government Affairs strategist with deep expertise in coalition-building, civic engagement, and public policy. She specializes in advancing equitable policy initiatives, strengthening cross-sector partnerships, and mobilizing communities to drive measurable public impact across government, nonprofit, and political environments.

She currently serves in senior external affairs leadership roles where she develops stakeholder strategies, manages government and community relationships, and advises on policy positioning and public engagement. Griselda is known for building durable partnerships between government agencies, labor, philanthropy, advocacy organizations, and community leaders to ensure institutions are responsive, inclusive, and accountable.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, she earned her undergraduate degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton. She previously led civic engagement initiatives in City Heights, helping increase voter participation and expand community-based organizing efforts.

A committed mentor and community advocate, Griselda actively supports the development of emerging leaders — particularly young people, women, and Latinas — across civic institutions and public service pathways. She has served on the Leon L. Williams San Diego County Human Relations Commission and remains involved with nonprofit and civic boards focused on leadership development and political empowerment.

Griselda is currently earning her Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the University of Southern California (USC), further strengthening her expertise in public finance, policy analysis, governance, and strategic management. Her academic work complements her practical leadership experience, grounding her external affairs approach in rigorous policy and economic analysis.

Her mission is to expand access to opportunity, strengthen democratic participation, and build cross-sector coalitions that translate policy into real community impact.
