David Jackson is a Project Manager at California Consulting. Prior to California Consulting, David has served as a Technical Project Manager/Business Analysis working with D.C. Department of Health.
In 2019-2020 he became a Grant Coordinator for Wicomico County Government, and tripled their yearly income in a mere three months; including Federal, State, and private grant awards. During this time he also became the Vice-President of a local Grant Professional Association chapter, a position he still currently holds.
He was called to serve the U.S. Department of Education: Office of Post secondary- Emergency Response Unit, as a Grants Management Specialist. He led the team in both HEERF reporting, and as a G5 SME. He was the ED Program Officer for 10 states, and obligated over $20 billion dollars.
