California Consulting CEO Steve Samuelian and Project Manager Adele Hsu attended the League of California Cities Orange County Division Luncheon on January 31st. The event was held at the Richard Nixon Library in Yorba Linda. O.C. League President Mayor Gene Hernandez did a wonderful job running the program and the speakers were superb.
