California Consulting is proud to announce that Bi-Bett Corporation has been awarded $932,392 through the Department of Health Care Services – Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP): Round 1 Funding, Proposition 1. This BHCIP Launch Ready project will restore and upgrade and expand Bi-Bett’s Diablo Valley Ranch (DVR) Residential Treatment Center in Clayton, CA.
California Consulting Grant Specialist Samantha D’Ambrosio worked closely with Bi-Bett’s administration to develop the winning proposal, ensuring the application powerfully reflected the project’s community impact and readiness.
