City Councilmembers Monica Rodriguez (the guest of honor) and David Ryu. Wonderful to see two hard working Council members. Steve was honored to serve as Co-Chair for the reception and see many community leaders including City of L.A. Public Works Commission Chairman Kevin James, Cerrell CFO Steve Bullock, Cerrell CEO Hal Dash, KSA CEO Greg Spiker, Araz Parseghian, James Ward Litz of BizFed PAC, Councilwoman Rodriguez’s Deputy Chief of Staff Christine Jerian Kharmandalian, Ruben Gonzalez CEO of Gonzalez Strategic Affairs, Apartment Association of Greater L.A. Representative Fred Sutton, Francisco Uribe of Home Depot, the Southland Association of Realtors, and several others.
