Clayton Owens is an Associate at California Consulting, where he supports the firm’s business development efforts and works closely with public agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations seeking funding opportunities. Having been with California Consulting for more than three years, Clayton first joined the company as a University of Southern California intern before being hired as a Management Assistant, where he provided critical support to the administrative team. He later returned to the firm as an Associate, bringing valuable institutional knowledge and experience to his role.
A graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Real Estate Development, Clayton combines strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with experience in business development and community engagement. He is also a former NCAA Division I baseball student-athlete at USC, bringing a disciplined, collaborative, and results-driven approach to his work. His background in athletics and client relations allows him to effectively support California Consulting’s mission of helping clients secure resources that strengthen and improve their communities.
